For most readers, the Guyer & Wood translation (1998) of Critique of Pure Reason is the best place to start: Guyer and Wood's Cambridge translation is the modern standard, and where I'd start for serious study — accurate, with both the 1781 and 1787 editions and extensive apparatus. The Critique is famously hard going in any language; this is the version scholars rely on. This is where I'd start. For strong alternative, consider Werner S. Pluhar (1996). For the old standard, consider Norman Kemp Smith (1929). For free, consider J. M. D. Meiklejohn (1855).
